superb accommodation experience
helpful staff excellent location plentiful choices great service
the staff proved friendly and helpful, from reception to the rooftop. its location supported our planned activities and proximity to city areas. breakfast offered plentiful choices with great city views. dinner at mensagem restaurant included excellent menu and great service.
the gym had limited equipment. the treadmill display did not work. i found a small stain on the carpet near the desk. the television remote was missing a battery cover.

the room had a spacious layout and a comfortable king-size bed. it also included a seating area with two armchairs and a small table. complimentary water bottles were restocked daily, very convenient.

the location was excellent the room was a good size.
the room seemed like it was in the basement anyone could look in as they were walking by on the street this meant i could not have the windows open for the majority of my time at the hotel.

the hotel had a awesome breakfast with great views. i especially enjoyed the selection of national specialties and international dishes it was very diverse. the location of the hotel was another major advantage it was close to a metro station and within walking distance of several districts.
the room reminded me of it was in the basement i felt anyone could look in. this meant that i couldnt have the windows open for most of my stay. the cleaning wasnt amazing i saw stains on the coffee table from previous guests.

the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. a gentleman assisted us with our bags and he was very kind. our room was clean and spacious.
